Snickerdoodle Balls

These snickerdoodle balls are a delicious and nutritious option for a tasty treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup rolled oats (ground)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbs creamy almond butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Combine protein powder, cinnamon and ground oats.
  2. Add maple syrup, almond butter and vanilla extract.
  3. Add water a little at a time until you can roll in your hands to form into balls.
  4. Roll in cinnamon sugar.
